About

I build and scale technology organizations that deliver real business value—not just science projects.

Currently, I serve as CTO & Director at GoPomelo & Digital China Group, helping enterprises navigate complex digital transformations across the SEA and China markets. My roots, however, are in the trenches of hyper-growth. As the former Co-founder and CTO of ShopBack, and through my time at Microsoft and Amazon, I’ve learned what it actually takes to take a product from zero to scale, and from scale to enterprise-grade sustainability.

My core thesis: Pragmatic execution over hype.

We are in a defining era of technology, heavily driven by AI, intelligent agents, and automation. But the gap between whiteboard hype and real-world deployment is widening. I focus on closing that gap. Whether I am advising startups or leading enterprise tech strategies, my priority is fostering an AI-first mindset that actually moves the needle—optimizing operations, driving GTM strategies, and building resilient, people-centric engineering cultures.

I write here to share startup scaling lessons, enterprise AI adoption frameworks, and the unvarnished realities of operating at the intersection of business and technology.
